Hotel had great reception staff, very helpful and organized. The breakfast buffet was great, something for everyone. Room had a nice design and was spacious. Full kitchenette was a bonus. Would not recommend the restaurant adjoining the hotel. The prices were high and the menu pretentious and the service terrible. Parking garage requires two swipes of room card to enter which is a little awkward as construction is taking place across the alley. Hotel location is excellent for the west end of Vancouver. I was very pleased overall.

Hotel was v clean ,comfortable with friendly and efficient staff.

Worth the money for quality of accomodation and service.
Close to Pacific Shopping centre and easy walking distance of the Marina and ferries to Granville Island

I would not recommend this hotel. It is in a "sketchier" part of the city and it felt unwelcoming and depressing. This hotel is sorely in need of a makeover! There are much better value choices available in Vancouver.

It was fine. Great location, very central Vancouver. Pleasant environment, good staff, comfortable room, good iron and ironing board. Only negative was that it took a long time for the elevator to come.
