It was good value for money. The room was spotless and the staff pleasant and helpful. We were pleasantly surprised. The continental self-service breakfast was very substantial - plenty of choice.

At the time of our visit, there were alterations taking place which meant the only access to the lower level breakfast room was by the only lift in the building. It did not cause us any problems, but at a busy time it might be difficult. However, these alterations will not go on for ever!

Would only recommend it now to munchkins! Word 'suite' didn't mean much. Oct 07 they say they are doing major remodeling. Clean, good breakfast & great bathroom/shower but NO ROOM to walk between the queen bed & the LARGE piece of furniture which housed the TV. Tiny AC unit couldn't keep up with even moving the air even though it was quite cool outside -- opening tiny window was not a choice. Staff were NOT helpful/knowledgeable about local places to eat, sightseeing, etc. Hopefully when they remodel they will hire some happy people who like their jobs. Entire town is very expensive & cumbersome to visit.

Okay for one night but would not like to stay any longer. AC very noisy. Good breakfast included. Good position for Vancouver.

Fast and efficient check in on arrival with friendly staff. Rooms are small but very clean and even supply bathrobes. What I did like about this hotel was no-one could use the lift without a door key which I thought was a bit of added security. Located a few blocks away from the Lookout Tower and also close to Gastown, Chinatown and the information centre. Although not one of the hotels on the Airporter route, the Metropolitan or the Pan Pacific are only a few block away. Would definitely stay here again as it was very good value for money and a brilliant location.

Ideal location for picking up cruise ships & Gas Town area. Rooms good size, clean and comfortable. Very helpful staff regarding the local amenities and the breakfast buffet was excellant. Would use the Hotel again and recommend as a value for money Hotel.
