The hotel has a good location, and the price was good. It was unacceptable for my needs however, as I brought my husband on a business trip and the room was uncomfortably small. The so-called renovation was really cheaply done. The nail in the coffin for me was the fact that the "free internet" did not work and the attitude about getting it fixed was totally lackadaisical. In short I can't recommend the hotel, although it is decent in terms of price and location.

Was pleasantly surprised. Although only ranked as a 3-star, it was superior. We understand the hotel has recently had a complete makeover - they have done a good job. Location is very good being within walkng distance of public transport and a large shopping mall. We would recommend it and, in fact, have booked again.

I would not recommend this hotel to others!! The room, itself, was basic but appeared to be clean and the staff, when we checked-in, were friendly. However, the fire alarm rang at 9:00 p.m. and, again, at 4:30 a.m.. People who were staying on the floors, that were directly involved, were asked to vacate their rooms, immediately, via the stairs as the elevators were not in service. The fire department came, and those of us who had vacated our rooms were told, via a very muffled, announcement which was made over an intercom, that it was safe to go back. We were never addressed/reassured by any of the staff until people started speaking-up about the disorganization, and the inconvenience of having to vacate our rooms, not only once, but twice, during our stay. The manager was non-committal, and very evasive, which was what upset people the most.

Bad plumbing, cramped rooms, No space, Very very soft beds, small TV, No in-room locker. Not a business hotel.
