The tradition of the Hotel Atlantic dates back to the 17th century where it functioned as a roadside inn called the "The Green Ox" with several guestrooms. Hotel Atlantic is situated directly in the heart of Prague; just around the corner is the Municipal House and the main Prague shopping Boulevard. You can reach the Old Town by Charles Bridge and other places of interest by foot within several minutes. There is also a subway stop “Namesti Republiky” line “B” just 150 meters from the hotel door. You can also reach the hotel by your own car. You have the possibility of parking in the hotel car park.
The ground floor of the hotel has a cosy lobby bar with billiard and winter garden. You will find a large selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks and cocktails.
The property features 62 spacious, comfortable rooms, of which 3 have an access for disabled people. Rooms are fitted with shower, WC, satellite TV, direct-dial (IDD) telephone, WiFi Internet acces free of charge and safety deposit box.
This hotel was a good value for the money. The breakfast that was provided was great!

This hotel is ideally located for exploring Prague. Just 5 minutes walk from the Old Town Square. The trams stop outside the door but we walked everywhere from this hotel - even to Prague Castle. The rooms were basic but very clean, comfortable, good en-suite and the breakfast was enough to fill you up for the day if you wanted. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel as a base for exploring this beautiful city.

i stayed at the atlantic hotel for 5 nights in june 07. the hotel was great, nice and clean rooms frendily staff. the breakfast was ok, buffet style cold meats and cheese, hard boiled eggs, toast, horrible sausage and greasy streaky bacon. but you could also have cereal and cake!! the hotel was in a good location about a ten minute walk from the old town square in a quiet location just around the corner from powder tower. the only down side of the hotel was that the tv had no english channels, not a major problem but would have been nice. also there was no air con and we really needed it as it was 34 degrees everyday.
