When we arrived at the airport and called the Sheraton, we were informed that we we not booked there. I called the Sheridan and was informed the name had changed to the Orlando Hotel and conference center, so we were somewhat dissapointed. It took 3 tries to find a room that was clean and smoke free. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was nicely decorated and in a convenient location.

The hotel was acceptable for the night, the staff was very friendly. There didn't seem to be any air conditioning when we got there, and the room was decently clean.

It was fair. The alarm clock/ radio did not work. The furniture and carpet were very worn. The bed was comfortable. Ice was available only at the front desk, which was quite a bit of a walk. Okay for just an overnight near the airport.
