This was by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had. I live in the UCF area of Orlando and wanted to get away for a weekend of Disney/Universal/Citywalk where I would not have to worry about driving at night and getting around, just relax. This turned into the biggest nightmare upon arrival. For one, the place is practically abandoned. We wanted to hang out at the so noted heated pool. It was freezing and the water is too disgusting to step foot into. Here comes the best part.... Upon arrival from a day of sightseeing, we get back and the water doesn't work. Due to some sort of leak, the hotel turned off the water for the WHOLE entire place. Mind you this is at 5 pm-9 pm. All we wanted to do was clean up so we can go out but at this dump this was impossible.

Yes I would recommend this hotel. it was a very short stay, but nice room. big bathroom. very reasonable price!!

I have stayed at the Swan many times and will continue to do so. The value is great for the extremely low price. The staff is always helpful. The rooms are clean but could use some updating.

I already have plans to stay there again before the end of the year.

I have stayed at this hotel several times and wll continue to do so as I visit the Orlando area several times a year.
The price is exceptional. The staff very helpful. The only negative is that the rooms could use some updating.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone really. Even if you are on a budget like we were, there are higher-quality hotels comparable in price nearby. The beds and pillows were uncomfortable, the tv was fuzzy, and the halls smelled funny and were not air conditioned. Other than that, the location was great. Still, I am returning to the same area in two weeks and have chosen a better quality hotel that was in the same price range [$30-40]. Pick someplace else!
