This hotel is in an excellent location for exploring all the attractions, only 1 mile from Universal Orlando and Islands of Adventure. Wet 'n' Wild is just around the corner and all the shops, restaurants and entertainment are within walking distance too.

Recently renovated, the guestrooms are bright, spacious and clean, with extra facilities provided including a restaurant, tiki bar, games room and swimming pool, although there was a small charge for some of these. There was also a useful shuttle bus to Universal Studios and Sea World. Breakfast is served at the hotel, yet there are plenty of restarants near by which serve a wide variety of breakfasts, perfect to set you up for a day exploring.

***PLEASE NOTE - the hotel charges a $2.50 amenities fee, payable directly to the hotel***

I would reccmmend it to others on a budget. The place is old and shows some wear...but how much time do you spend in the room!

We love the pool. Always nice and warm, not crowded, and lots of left toys to play with.

This is a great value, but it is very basic. Nothing fancy.

Use the 15% discount in coupon books for the attached restaurant, not the 10% on your room key.

Expectations were met, but we have stayed here many times.

A great hotel at a bargain price. We had stayed at this hotel before, so it was on our list of possible places to stay. We couldn't believe the low price we were quoted through this web-site. It is very well placed, being opposite Wet & Wild, making it a excellent for Universal Studios. The location is also convenient for a evening spent taking in International Drive, or a trip down to Disney, with entry onto the I4 just around the corner. Shame the weather couldn’t be guaranteed, as we endured the heavy rain of tropical storm 'Fay'.

Customer Rating:

The hotel was fine. It was clean, the bathroom was clean, the beds were clean, the pool was clean, the grounds were clean. It was acceptable. Good central location for food, groceries. "Sky Venture" around the corner is a must!!!(simulates flying in an air chamber) Our reservations included 2 double beds and 2 cots but the hotel would not honor the 2 cots so we had to pay $11 per night for them (still cheaper than another room). The hotel has no wow factor but did serve the purpose at a good price. When you get there, you are charged a $2.50 per night "Resort Fee". I don't know what this covers and you don't find out about it till you get there. For a good cost effective vacation this is a good place to stay!

The hotel was decent for the price I got it for ($60 a night), it had everything a 2.5 - 3 star hotel would have (clean sheets, cleaning service, acceptable bathrooms etc.). My only real vice is that the walls were thin and since we were staying next to Universal you can hear every single last kid screaming through the halls.

I would stay here again if you're looking for a place to stay on a budget / with a gang load of kids. However, if you're looking to go on a nice vacation with your significant other, I suggest to spend a little more and have a nicer stay elsewhere.
