it's good value for money. Good location, friendly staff, free shuttle bus to theme parks, not too bad continental breakfast. People with not too much big purse feels comfortable here. It was met more than my expectations.

No, I would not recommend this hotel. I have never stayed at a lodging where there were roaches! The first night we were there, everything was OK. The beds were very comfortable. The one issue I had was that the faucet on the sink needed to be repaired or replaced as it was very loose. Then on the 2nd night, I saw about 3 small roaches on the phone table. We squashed them. Then when I dimmed the lights to watch TV, there was one crawling around the cabinet in back of the set. More on the bathroom sink. When I called the lobby to complain, the clerk just said, "Oh? Well, that's unusual. We'll send someone right up." No one came. I'm glad that at least we got a discount rate. No excuse however, for having ROACHES.

Standard stuff. Painfully slow check-in. Great continental breakfast. Good shutttle service to Universal and IOA.

The hotel is obviously for the low budget traveller. The breakfast was great, but dining area very very conjested!
