The Continental Downtown Bayside is a limited-service hotel in a Downtown Miami location that is perfect for both leisure and business travelers. The property is situated right across from Bayside Marketplace (waterfront entertainment complex featuring restaurants, bars and shopping) and just two blocks from the American Airlines Arena (home to the Miami Heat, Miami Sol and concerts by some of the biggest names in the music business). Being situated across the street from the Port of Miami, the Continental Bayside is in an ideal location for cruise line passengers needing an overnight stay. Drive five miles to Miami International Airport and seven miles to the Miami Beach Convention Center. The hotel has 240 rooms featuring two double or twin beds. Most rooms offer cable TV, telephone systems with voice mail, individual climate control, smoke detectors, and hair dryer. The hotel offers concierge service, 24-hour security and small meeting facility. *PLEASE NOTE: Guests may only reserve a maximum of 5 rooms at one time* Valet parking: $48 per 24-hour period. No. The best part was the view of the bay. No food or drinks in the evening when we arrived. The rooms has torn sheets that did not fit the beds. Not a good value for any kind of money.

Really good location, nice place in Downtown, in form Bayside Mall, many option to eat and do shopping, just what we need a hotel to sleep, small bathroon but clean. Nice view of the Bay.

VERY BASIC--A LITTLE TREADBARE BUT CLEAN --PLEASANT DESK STAFF. SHAMPOO ,BUT THEY DID NOT SUPPLY WASHCLOTH. NOT THE TYPE OF ROOM YOU WOULD LOOK FORWARD TO IF YOU STAYED MULTIPLE NIGHTS. IT DID ITS JOB FOR ME- A NIGHTS SLEEP BEFORE CRUISE AT A PRICE LESS THAN MIAMI COMMANDS. TWO BLOCKS TO THE FREE PEOPLE MOVER WHICH CONNECTS WITH METRORAIL AND CITY BUSES TO AIRPORT. GREAT, GREAT FIRM MATTRESS--ONE OF THE BEST I HAVE EVER SLEPT ON. IF COMPARATIVE PRICES ARE THE SAME FOR MY NEXT CRUISE--I WOULD STAY AGAIN. BUT GENTLEMAN BEWARE--IF YOU DO NOT EXPLAIN WHAT TO EXPECT TO YOUR WIFE AND GET HER TO AGREE---YOU DESERVE ALL THE NAGGING YOU WILL GET FOR THE REST OF THE TRIP.
