The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful.Our bathroom was very small,but that was not a drawback . The location was very convenient to most places north of the Chicago River . I would stay there again.

Great central location is the hotel's best feature. We arrived at 7:30pm to be told our room was not ready. Check-in listed as 3pm. Otherwise OK. Basic hotel, buy good value for money.

I would recommend a staying at this hotel during a visit to Chicago. Location is perfect with many restrauarts surrounding the area. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly and quick to respond if needed. I would stay again

The Inn of Chicago was the best, cleanest (and cheapest) hotel closest to downtown/ Navy Pier. It is an older hotel that has been renovated to a more modern look. The only complaint I have is that when I was checking in, one particular staff member was beyond rude (the rest of the stuff was very pleasant!)
